As we approach the end of the summer term, we would like you to set yourselves 3 fitness goals to maintain over the summer – these could be weekly or daily goals. Try to make them manageable so that you stick to them!
We would love to see pictures of you sticking to your goals!
An example could be;
-I will walk 3 miles a week.
-I will do 10 jumping jacks every morning.
-I will do 20 press-ups 5 times a week.
