Skipping Challenge
I thought that I would challenge you to improve your skipping for this week's PE.
Skipping is an amazing exercise as it manages to exercise all parts of your body, as well as being an excellent cardiovascular exercise.
Can you create your own skipping routine to teach to someone else?
Maybe you have never learned to skip - if so, now is your chance.
Get yourself outside in the garden and practise that speed skipping.
