Euro 2020 

Next Sunday would have been the Euro 2020 Football Final - To ensure the safety of everyone across Europe the tournament was cancelled. 

We now have a whole year to wait for the tournament to be played as it is rescheduled for the Summer of 2021.

I am already getting excited!

So, in order to get ready for the tournament next year,

your task is to plan a virtual trip to attend one of the matches.

You will need to plan which match you are going to attend in which country?

Baku, Budapest, Bilbao...Where do you fancy going?

How will you get there and where will you stay?

Will you choose to book into the most expensive hotel you can find?

Will you fly First Class or will you travel by train?

Which restaurants will you dine in?

How much money will your trip cost?

Don't forget to factor in travel, match tickets, accommodation, restaurants, souvenirs.

Alternatively, why not research the history of the tournament over the past 60 years. 

Who were the winners?  Who has scored the most goals?  Where were the tournaments held?  Maybe create a PowerPoint discussing the top ten best goals scored in the tournament? The choice is yours.
