LO: I am learning to solve arithmetic problems at speed.
Below you will find sheets that you do during big maths. However, todays task is not about how fast you can solve them, it is also about how you can prove your calculations are correct. Therefore, once you have solved as many calculations as possible then prove they are correct through an appropriate method e.g. arrays, grid method or using objects around the house.
There are two sheets, one is for the year 3s and one is for the year 4s. Please make sure you check before you complete it.
Ask an adult if they are able to check the answers and mark this for you.
