LO: I am learning to find battery and mains powered items.
Your Task: On a piece of paper split it into three sections. In one section you need to write 'battery'. In another section, you need to write 'mains' and on the last section you need to write 'both'. Once you have completed this, look around your home and find items. You'll need to decide if the item is battery powered, mains powered or both and then write it in that section.
Battery powered - items which have a battery in them to be able to work. For example, a remote.
Mains powered - items which are plugged into a socket to be able to work. For example, a TV.
Both - items which have a battery in but also can be charged. For example, a phone.
