Yes. In September the kitchen will only be providing hot meals. The menu will be published on the school website here.
On Friday 3rd September, please note. the hot meal will be fish fingers or veggie goujons, chips, beans or peas and dessert.
How will the lunch hall operate?
We will continue to stagger lunchtimes to enable all children to eat lunch in the hall and give them more space on the playground to play.
All children will have a 30 minute slot to eat their lunch and a 30 minute slot outside.
These are approximate times:
Reception 11.45 – 12.15 (eat in hall) 12.15 – 12.45 (EYFS garden)
Year 1 and 2 11.45 – 12.15 (in hall, when called) 12.15 – 12.45 (playground)
Year 3 and 4 12.15 – 12.45 (eat in hall) 12.45 – 13.15 (playground)
Year 5 and 6 12.15 – 12.45 (in hall, when called) 12.45 – 13.15 (playground)
No. Pupils will need to bring their own healthy snack that is low in salt, sugar and fat. Please make it clear to your child what is their snack and what is their lunch.
