Good morning - Today is your chance to win at fitness bingo - You can play on your own or against someone else. Create your own bingo cards - cut them up and muddle the order.  Every 10 minutes pick a card and carry that exercise out for 30 seconds.  If you are playing on your own, your aim is to complete the board - full house. If you are playing against someone else, your aim is to be the first person to complete a line of exercise.?

What could your prize be?? (A rest maybe?)
