Making 2D Shapes - Examples

Today's task

Make at least 4 2D shapes using anything you like (see examples above).

 

On a separate piece of paper (a different piece for each shape), write down the properties of your shape.

 

Think about - lines, angles, name of shape, properties etc.

 

If you want to challenge yourself, you can make some trickier shapes - such as a pentagon with no equal sides!

 

See example below.

 

 

Note - there is no extension task today. We would like you to take your time to write down as many properties as possible for each shape you have made.
