One of my favourite ways to relax and pass the time is with card games.
Solitaire and Patience games (games for one) and other card games such as Rummy which you play against others.
As today is Therapeutic Thursday, it seems like a perfect time to teach yourself some new solo card games.
So, first things first, go get a deck of cards.
Ideally you would actually use playing cards, but if you don't have them you can use online versions of the games.
I am sure that your parents or older siblings can teach you some patience/solitaire games.
My favourite patience game is clock patience. I am currently teaching myself pyramid patience - Haven't managed to do it yet!
It is also very therapeutic to learn to shuffle a deck or build a house of cards, (unless they keep falling down that is!).
