This term, we are going to work on our technique of controlling a ball through different sports. This may be through using our feet such as in football or throwing a ball like in basketball. All the videos will take into consideration that you are at home and will give you ideas for how to complete the task. If you don't have a ball, see if you can find a suitable alternative (like a pair of socks for throwing).
Activity 2 - Active video
This is your time to do something to get you moving for a long period of time. Like last term, you could follow Joe Wicks workout, take part in a cosmic yoga or do something else of your choice. Let us know your favourite thing to do!
